Lifeline Quick Release Electric Steering Boss Kits are CNC machined from aircraft quality aluminium and then hard anodised for strength and durability. Both male and female splines are precision gear cut, and they incorporate a master spline for accurate alignment.

This model of Lifeline quick release steering wheel boss is suitable for touring / saloon / rally cars and comes with a weld-in male spigot (20mm OD), and a steering wheel mount with 6 x 70mm PCD to suit most Sparco / Momo / OMP or similar type steering wheels. It features an 8 way pre-wired electrical connector to allow the use of steering wheel mounted switchgear or instruments etc. It gives a much neater, simpler steering wheel installation that with coiled wiring and seprate plug.Connectors are manufactured to IP50 specification.
