Jetex Universal Exhaust Spacers are manufactured from aluminised steel and are used to reduce pipe diameters where a connection to a slightly smaller diameter is required. They are split to allow for a tight fit when clamped.

Larger size stated is outside diameter (OD), smaller size is inside diameter (ID).
