Collection

You are more than welcome to collect your items from us in Tattenhall (CH3 9BD) but please telephone first to arrange. 

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch most items within 1 working day of receiving your order. The majority of our items ordered before 2pm are received within 2 working days but if you need an item urgently please contact us first.

Returns policy

We accept returns if the item is faulty, does not fit or if the item is not 100% as described by us. We will happily refund the full price of the item, once it has been returned and checked. Please inform us of any problems within 48 hours of receipt of your item.

The item must be returned to us, in it's original condition, within 14 days of you receiving it. A refund will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item.

International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods'.

Postage charges will not be refunded unless goods are faulty or the wrong item has been shipped.

We advise you to use recorded delivery, or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced, as items that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded. Some items are prohibited by specific post or courier providers or require special labeling (e.g. Lithium-Ion batteries). It is your responsibility to choose a suitable return method and follow any requirements or restrictions set by the post or courier company.

International delivery

We ship internationally. Our website will calculate shipping for most countries but if you are unable to get a quote for your location or need to place a large order please get in touch for a personalised quote.
